Brown Hosts Kean on Monday After 21-Day Hibernation

Bears return to action after a 21-day hibernation to host Kean on
Monday, December 28 at the Pizzitola Sports Center, starting at
7:00 p.m.
Brown (4-7) has been idle since a December 7 loss to Providence due
to final exams and the Holiday’s. Freshman Andrew McCarthy
led the Bears against the Friars with 14 points and nine rebounds,
while the Sullivan brothers, Peter and Matt, scored 12 points
each.
Kean (3-5), located in Union, New Jersey, is coming off a 74-65
loss to Albright on 12/21/09. The Cougars have played just one home
game, with five road contests and two neutral site games. Brown and
Kean will be meeting for the first time.
After the 21-day layoff, Brown will play five games in the next 10
days, facing Kean on Dec. 28, at Sacred Heart on Dec. 30, home
against American on Jan. 2, home against Wagner on Jan. 4, and at
Army on Jan. 6.
