Brown Set To Host Seventh-Annual Winter Clinic

Dec. 6, 2006

Head Coach Marek Drabinski has announced that the seventh annual Brown University Winter Baseball Clinic will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2007. Open to players in grades 10-12, the clinic gives players an opportunity to showcase their skills for college coaches while learning from the Brown baseball coaching staff and other area college and high school coaches. The athletes will spend the morning working on individual and team fundamentals, and then put those skills to use in a simulated game during the afternoon.

The clinic will be held at Brown's Olney-Margolies Athletic Center, located within the Erickson Athletic Complex. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lodging will not be provided, but local hotel information is available upon request. For information or to request an application, contact the coaching staff at Jason_Lefkowitz@brown.edu, or by phone at (401) 863-1086.
