PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown baseball team, which was scheduled to play at Holy Cross today in a single game at 5 p.m., will not play 24 hours later than initially set. The Bears and Crusaders will play tomorrow, Thursday, April 21, with first pitch coming at 5 p.m.
Inclement weather in the Worcester area has made field conditions unplayable, but University officials hope to be ready for gametime tomorrow evening.
The Bears are coming off a split with Ivy League-rival Harvard this past weekend, and will use the contest versus Holy Cross as a tuneup before Brown heads north to take on Rolfe Division foe Dartmouth in a four-game set this weekend.
Fans can follow the action live through a live blog provided by Holy Cross. Live stats will not be available for the game.
