BROWN CHEERLEADERS
The Cheerleading squad consists of 12-20 members, both male and
female. Team members cheer for all home football games and select
away games during the fall season. In the winter season the team
appears at all home Men's Basketball games as well as selected home
Women's Basketball games. For more information about cheerleading

BROWNATION STUDENT FAN GROUP
BrowNation is the only official student fan club of the Brown
Bears! It is open exclusively to Brown students and was formed to
increase school spirit, heighten awareness, build relationships,
increase attendance, and to give our Bears a boost of energy and
excitement as they battle for Ivy League and NCAA glory!

THE BROWN BAND
Established in 1924, the Brown Band is one of Brown's oldest and
most unique student organizations. Founded by Irving Harris, the
band has successfully brought Brown's distinct tradition and music
to every student that has walked through the Van Wickle Gates. In
addition, the band continues to provide alumni with memories of
their days at Brown. With an audience ranging from children to
adults, the band manages to capture a smile from all while
performing a wide variety of music. From athletic events to
commencement ceremonies to the world's only ice skating band, the
Brown University Band is the spirit of Brown.

THE MASCOTS
BRUNO and CUBBY are Brown's loveable bear mascots and attend many
athletic, fundraising, and social events throughout the year. Due
to the popularity of Brown Athletics and the demand to mingle with
the mascots, Bruno created the Bruno's Cubs Kids Club. Kids 12 and
under can join for FREE and will receive exclusive club memberships
and other great benefits.
