| Position: | Associate Athletic Director - Compliance |
Sarah Fraser was named Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Student Athlete Enrichment in 2005. In her role as compliance coordinator, she is responsible for overseeing the athletic department's compliance with the rules of the NCAA and the Ivy League, including day-to-day rules education and monitoring activities. In the area of Student Athlete Enrichment, she works with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and coordinates other opportunities for student-athletes. She also serves as the administrator for the men's and women's squash teams.
From 2001-03, Fraser was the Assistant Commissioner for Women's Hockey at the ECAC where she handled day-to-day administration and management of the Division I Women's Hockey League, including public relations, officiating and the league championship.
Fraser's experience also includes positions in Sports Information at Dartmouth College, as well as roles in public relations, communications and publishing in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
A 1998 graduate of Dartmouth where she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, Fraser was a two-sport athlete in hockey and track and field and earned All-America honors on the ice. After graduation she played on the 1999 U.S. National Team. Fraser also received a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island in 2003.
Fraser is originally from Keweenaw Bay, Michigan. She and her husband Drew now reside in Cranston, Rhode Island with sons Ryan and Shane.
