2013-14 Winter Academic All-Ivy Selections Announced

PRINCETON, N.J. – Brown University landed 10 student-athletes on the 2013-14 Academic All-Ivy list in an announcement made by the Ivy League on Wednesday. The five men and five women were key contributors to their respective winter teams with a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average.

 

Dennis Robertson (Men’s Ice Hockey), Lauren Clarke (Women’s Basketball), Kathryn Hawrot (Women’s Fencing), and Michelle Shnayder (Gymnastics) all earned the honors for the second consecutive season.

 

MEN

First Team All-Ivy; NABC Division I All-District; Ranks third all-time at Brown with 1,618 points; Set single-season Brown record for three-pointers (93); Two-time Ivy Player of the Week winner.

Finished 20th at NCAA Fencing Championships in women's foil; Finished eighth in women's foil at NCAA Northeast Regional; Placed 10th in women's foil at Ivy Round Robins.
