Greg Rosenthal joined the Brown Department of Athletics as the Assistant Ticket Office Manager in August of 2013. Rosenthal will be an on-site ticket supervisor and is responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of ticket needs for all revenue sports. He also assists in various compliance and marketing efforts within the department.
Before arriving at Brown, Rosenthal was the Main Ticket Office Representative in the University Athletic Association at the University of Florida, where he served as the front-line representative for the distribution of student football season tickets and seat upgrades.
Prior to Florida, Rosenthal served as a Customer Service Representative at the University of Miami, where he assisted current and prospective season ticket holders, processed ticket sales, supervised various operations, and managed the training of student workers.
In addition, Rosenthal worked as a Game Day Ticket Sales Representative at Florida International University.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Colorado, Rosenthal earned a Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor in 2013.
